Direct analysis of dried and wet biofluids using a miniature mass spectrometer interfaced wilh a variety of ambient ionization sources, such as paper spray and slug flow microextraction-nanoESI for point-of-care therapeutic drug monitoring.

1. Introduction to a miniature mass spectrometer.
2. Optimization of MS and MS/MS methodology for analysis of target small molecules.
3. Acquire and analyze data with tile instrumental software.
4. Comparison of figure of merits, as limits of detection, linearity, quantitative performances between benchtop and miniature mass spectrometer.

2. Further understanding on direct analysis methods.
Several clinical and forensic applications that benefit from the usage of miniature mass spectrometry for on-site point·of-care testing.
